Darcia Ondrovcik grew up in the shadow of domestic violence. She was able to break free of the tragic cycle and forge her own path. Today, Darcia is a renowned personality in the fitness industry, with more than 10 years’ experience as a trainer, coach and athlete on the world stage. Darcia believes her experiences—how they influenced her life and how she ultimately overcame them—have given her the strength to share her story. Her mission is to help people in similar situations find their voice and start taking ownership of their lives, with the aim of ending the cycle of domestic violence forever.
Darcia is the founder of Beauty In Strength, an online program that provides fitness, nutrition and motivational support to clients around the world; a portion of all proceeds is donated to the Allison Baden-Clay Foundation, where she is also an ambassador. In her spare time, Darcia travels around Australia as a speaker and consultant to increase awareness of domestic violence and offer support to all those who have been affected.
