Don't roll your eyes. This new, upcoming, online certification program for Pre and Postnatal Coaching for any health and fitness professional is set to blow all of our socks off on September 5th, 2017 (click that underlined title to bring you to the link for the pre-sale list). And I am not getting a penny out of promoting this (you should all know me by now). This course has so many brains behind it...health professionals from all over the world, including two of Australia's very own; Marika Hart and Heba Shaheed. We will get to those two in a moment.
If you haven't heard of Molly Galbraith or Girls Gone Strong, it is time you do. Molly Galbraith is a certified strength and conditioning coach and co-founder and owner of Girls Gone Strong, a global movement that aims to empower women to discover all that's possible for their lives and their bodies through evidence-based, body-positive, sustainable nutrition, training, and self-care information. Molly is also creator of the Coaching and Training Women Academy, an online academy that focuses on women-specific certifications to help health and fitness professionals better understand, connect with, serve, and empower their women clients.
Marika Hart joins the podcast once again (click here for her previous appearance). She is an APA-titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 17 years of clinical experience. During her first pregnancy in 2007 she developed a special interest in pre and postnatal fitness, which started her journey into this field. She now runs a business in Perth called Dynamic Strength Physiotherapy, providing individual and group exercise services to pregnant and postnatal clients. She also runs an online pregnancy program via her other business, Herasphere. She is an instructor of antenatal /postnatal pilates for the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
Heba Shaheed is a physiotherapist, a women's health nutrition coach, and the co-founder of The Pelvic Expert. She blogs about pelvic health and provides online client-centred programs for postpartum recovery and pelvic pain
