Join these amazing physios to discuss the guidelines on returning to running after having a baby, in which they developed in March 2019 and will continue to improve. Find out why 3 months postnatal/postpregnancy/postpartum is a better cut-off for consideration in returning to running and a summary of their key points. The guidelines are free and available HERE
